Dried Apple Rings (100g)

Apples are always a popular choice of fruit for most dogs and our air-dried apple rings are no exception! Providing vitamin C, apples are a good source of this essential nutrient which plays an important role in maintaining healthy skin, supporting the immune system and helps with the absorption of other nutrients.

While dogs can produce their own vitamin C, it can also be useful to provide it by way of other natural means. Apples also contain vitamin A which is good for maintaining healthy vision, supporting the immune system and promoting growth and development. Apples provide fibre which is important for a healthy digestive system. Another precious gem present in apples is quercetin. Quercetin is a flavonoid and is best known for its antioxidant and anti – inflammatory properties. Apples are low calorie so are ideal for dogs on a weight loss or low-fat diet.

Our apple rings can be fed as a treat or a healthy bed time snack (yes we do give our dogs bed time snacks)!
