Awaiting Shipment
Awaiting shipment means that your order has been processed with us, it does not neccassarily mean that your order will be shipped on this day. Please see the 'shipped' status for further information.
Shipped
When your order status reads shipped, this means that your order has left us and is now with the courier.
Completed
When your order has been marked as completed, it means that the entire process on our end has been completed. It may not mean that your order has been delivered yet, we mark all orders as completed on the day they are scheduled to arrive with you.
